After MasterCard and Paypal intervened, I finally received the tablet I paid for. The tracking number was different to the one I intitially received, which leads me to think that they only recently shipped this tablet.
I credit the intervention of MasterCard with Dealsprime's suddenly speedy service.
My advice to anyone who gets taken by them - contact your credit card company and paypal as soon as you experience any problems. You may be better off buying elsewhere in my opinion.

Received my Pipo ?M9 ?tablet? from Hong Kong by way of DHL? a couple of hours ago after waiting 9 business days for it, and the screen is messed up. I have removed the two screen protectors that were over the device and the screen is still this way. Deals Prime only had a very thin layer of foam in between the tablet screen and the box as padding, and then the whole box was wrapped in bubble wrap. The screen looks like it had pressure damage to it. It remains very dark in the center when turned off, and when turned on, extremely light in the center.
Deals Prime did not wrap the tablet properly, nor did it say "fragile" on the package so that DHL wouldn't put heavier items on it.
I want to get reimbursed, and have Deals Prime cover the cost of returning the defective item to them.
I'm not sure why ? marks were randomly placed in my complaint. It wasn't me.

Hi, here's what I'm going through: I ordered a Jiayu G4 Advanced on May the 3rd, it was a preorder but it was marked as "In stock", I wrote the customer service if they confirmed it was in stock and they answered positively. I even paid an extra 40$ for DHL shipping (3-7 days).
Result: After I ordered the phone customer service was never available, the phone was shipped (at least that's what they say) on August the 10th but guess what? It was shipped via regular mail (26 days to Italy) even though they already got the extra 40$ for DHL shipping and guess what? If I ask for explanations they don't answer to my mails anymore. So, IF I'M LUCKY I'll see my phone on September 6th (4 months after my purchase).
Here's to you: are you willing to wait that long to save some bucks? Probably not considering you'll receive a phone model which is already 4 months old. Oh, by the way, listen to this: a week ago I wrote dealprime.com telling them that if I didn't receive any news about my phone I would have posted a bad review on their site: today I kept my promise but guess what?
When you write a testimonial on their site they only post the good ones, if you write them a bad report they don't post it. Listen to me: don't give them a dime, they just deserve to work in the rice paddis for the rest of their lives
