I bought a TV BOX for Miracast function, It was confirmed twice with the company, whether the products supports miracast, and was told that it supports miracast and already written along with the product features and in description of the prouct, and the prodduct supports miracast. BUT when the product was received, it doesn't supports Miracast, and on repeated mail, i was told that an update will be released, and then after updating product will support Miracast. But now these people are saying that the product won't support Miracast. but it is still written in their product page that the product supports Miracast. No delivery Huawei P8

I order a P8 Huawei 2 months ago. I paid for a delivery in 7 days.The only contact I have had was to tell me that the color I ordered was not in stock. I have no news and they don't answer to my mails or messages on the site.The only mails I receveid was automatics answers saying that I will be contacted by the shipping department but nothing more. I dont know how to get my money back.I paid whith a credit card and I am going to try to bring in my bank . It's a robbery very well organised.

Wrong and chip item / no contact anymore

I've ordered 2 products ZONOKI 868 presented in their website (dealsprime.com) and I've received 2 different products chipper and without any quality. When I write them, they took two weeks to tell me "it's the only type of product that they have"..... Since then, they do not respond on my e-mails. They are not serious people. Beside they read just the first 3 words of your e-mail. I claim my money back, but with no hope to see them.... I recomand for the Chinese fans product : banggood.com or eforchina.com Never had problems with them. At least you have a good contact and customer service ! Greetings, Luciano

Defective product & worst service

I bought Ugoos UM2 android stick from them. From day one, it never worked properly..mainly WiFi connection and USB port. Contacted Tech Support but no help at all. Finally decided to replace the stick and send it back to dealsprime (paying shipping from my own pocket) but every time I talk to them, they say they haven't received the stick and they will contact me once they receive it. I have been waiting for two months now and they are still checking their package delivery department. I lost the money on device and looks like I will loosing money for shipping too. They haven't send me the replacement stick or even acknowledge that they have the stick even though PO tracking says that device has been delivered. Worst customer service. Never buy anything from them.

After MasterCard and Paypal intervened, I finally received the tablet I paid for. The tracking number was different to the one I intitially received, which leads me to think that they only recently shipped this tablet.

I credit the intervention of MasterCard with Dealsprime's suddenly speedy service.

My advice to anyone who gets taken by them - contact your credit card company and paypal as soon as you experience any problems. You may be better off buying elsewhere in my opinion.

I ordered and paid for a Primal P9x tablet PC from Dealsprime.com They never delivered the item. I contacted them several times but they have refused to give me a refund. They are now ignoring all my attempts at contacting them. I paid over $200 for the tablet, and four months later, have received nothing. Their customer service is clearly just a smoke screen there to give customers a runaround. They have done this to others. Received my Pipo ?M9 ?tablet? from Hong Kong by way of DHL? a couple of hours ago after waiting 9 business days for it, and the screen is messed up. I have removed the two screen protectors that were over the device and the screen is still this way. Deals Prime only had a very thin layer of foam in between the tablet screen and the box as padding, and then the whole box was wrapped in bubble wrap. The screen looks like it had pressure damage to it. It remains very dark in the center when turned off, and when turned on, extremely light in the center.

Deals Prime did not wrap the tablet properly, nor did it say "fragile" on the package so that DHL wouldn't put heavier items on it.

I want to get reimbursed, and have Deals Prime cover the cost of returning the defective item to them.

Hi, here's what I'm going through: I ordered a Jiayu G4 Advanced on May the 3rd, it was a preorder but it was marked as "In stock", I wrote the customer service if they confirmed it was in stock and they answered positively. I even paid an extra 40$ for DHL shipping (3-7 days).

Result: After I ordered the phone customer service was never available, the phone was shipped (at least that's what they say) on August the 10th but guess what? It was shipped via regular mail (26 days to Italy) even though they already got the extra 40$ for DHL shipping and guess what? If I ask for explanations they don't answer to my mails anymore. So, IF I'M LUCKY I'll see my phone on September 6th (4 months after my purchase).

Here's to you: are you willing to wait that long to save some bucks? Probably not considering you'll receive a phone model which is already 4 months old. Oh, by the way, listen to this: a week ago I wrote dealprime.com telling them that if I didn't receive any news about my phone I would have posted a bad review on their site: today I kept my promise but guess what?

When you write a testimonial on their site they only post the good ones, if you write them a bad report they don't post it. Listen to me: don't give them a dime, they just deserve to work in the rice paddis for the rest of their lives
